Enzyme and Renesis partner to bring portfolio management and reporting natively to tokenized funds

Enzyme and Renesis announce a partnership, bringing together Enzyme's tokenized fund infrastructure and Renesis's portfolio management and reporting layer for institutional crypto funds. The integration gives fund managers operating on-chain a more complete tech stack, from fund issuance and administration through to portfolio management, execution, and investor reporting.

The Gap Enzyme and Renesis Are Closing Together

Tokenized fund infrastructure has matured significantly. With Enzyme Onyx now live and in production with more than 15 managers across Ethereum, Plume, Base, and Arbitrum, fund managers can issue, structure, and administer tokenized funds with institutional-grade tooling. But issuance is only part of what a fund manager needs to operate professionally.

Portfolio management, execution across venues, and investor reporting have historically required separate systems, often ones that don't integrate cleanly with on-chain infrastructure. That's the gap this partnership addresses.

Why Renesis

Renesis provides a crypto portfolio management system that connects to the accounts and wallets Onyx managers already custody with, adding institutional-grade portfolio management capabilities without disrupting existing workflows. For fund managers already operating on Onyx, Renesis fits naturally into the stack they've already built.

Three capabilities are particularly relevant for Onyx users:

  • Portfolio management that integrates with existing custody: Renesis provides a PMS that can plug into the custody solution already used by Onyx users, providing them with institutional-grade portfolio management capabilities without disrupting their system.
  • Order management for CeFi venues: Renesis' crypto OEMS gives managers smart order routing, execution algorithms (TWAP, VWAP, Iceberg, POV), an aggregated order book across connected venues, and unified spot and perpetual access from a single interface. Tokenized funds powered by Onyx can already trade on CEXes, and Renesis brings that execution into the same system as the fund's books.
  • Accounting and reporting that plugs into Onyx NAV: Renesis brings portfolio valuation and reporting capabilities that integrate directly with Onyx, supporting NAV automation and generating clean, investor-ready reports at both the fund and investor level without a weekend of manual reconciliation first.
"Tokenized funds are moving from early adoption to standard practice, and the managers who win LP trust will be the ones who can show exactly what they hold and how it's performing, on demand. Enzyme has built the most credible issuance layer for that shift. Renesis auto-detects an Enzyme vault position from the share token, prices it alongside a fund's CEX balances, staking, and DeFi allocations, and generates the investor report straight from that live data."
says the founder of Renesis.fi, Thomas Pratter.

Both companies are building for the same shift. As tokenization moves from crypto-native strategies into treasuries, equities, and credit, the funds running them are on-chain from day one and need infrastructure built that way, rather than traditional systems with crypto attached.

Together, Enzyme and Renesis form a more complete stack: create and administer a tokenized fund through Onyx, run it through whatever custody setup fits the operation, execute strategies across on-chain and off-chain venues, and report on everything through Renesis.

About Enzyme

Enzyme is a global leader in Tokenized Finance Infrastructure, providing industry leaders with advanced solutions to issue, manage, and scale tokenized products and strategies. Since 2017, Enzyme has evolved from a pioneer in on-chain asset management to a trusted global infrastructure partner for businesses navigating the tokenized economy. Our core solution, Enzyme Onyx, is a technology stack for issuing and administering tokenized funds and financial instruments.

About Renesis

Renesis is the operating system for on-chain capital markets, unifying portfolio management, execution, and investor reporting for funds operating across DeFi and CeFi. Built DeFi-native from day one, Renesis reconciles positions at protocol level across 10+ centralized exchanges, 7+ chains, and 100+ DeFi protocols, including Enzyme, turning them into real-time NAV, P&L attribution, and investor-ready LP reports. In the same platform, funds run execution through a full OEMS with smart order routing, algorithmic orders, and unified spot and perpetual access, so portfolio management and trading are not two systems. The infrastructure running crypto funds today is what tokenized treasuries, equities, and credit will need as those assets move on-chain. Renesis won the Cointelegraph Startup Competition at EthCC and works with crypto funds, DAOs, and token treasuries across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
